SAP Note is way in which SAP provides the solutions to the customers. If you face any errors in SAP, the first thing you should do is either check on SAP Help Portal or if there is any SAP note from SAP on the same issue. You can find list of all SAP notes using below link.
Difference between Workbench & Customizing: When you make any changes using SPRO from functional side, system generates a Customizing request. Similarly if ABAP team is making any changes from technical side, it will generate the Workbench request.
COA: Chart of Accounts means list of all GL Accounts which a company use.
Country COA: Country COA is optional. We only need to setup Country COA if the local authorities in that country need the Financial reports in a particular Country specific COA
Group COA: Each Company Code can have different COA, but when Management wants to see the Group level financial results, we need to create Group COA which is again optional.
