Problem in MD02 MRP Run,

For my FG material, I have a demand from open sales order and my stock is nill but after MRP run MD02, Planned order is not getting triggered.

Please help!

Hi Shivam, hope you maintained the MRP view of material master and entered MRP type. Also in Sales Area data, please ensure you maintained Availability Check Group. Please send the screenshot if you still face the issue even if it is maintained correctly. Please watch the MRP & Availability Check videos uploaded this week

Hi Sir, Thanks for your reply. MRP View is already maintained and MRP type maintained as PD. The availability check is already maintained. PFA, MD04 screen where stock is showing, and an open sales order is showing but there is no planned order created.

Hi Sir,

As I have checked in the Availability check and transfer of Requirement field, my item category at sale order line item level is 'tan' and my MRP type is 'PD' and my Req type at sale order is '011', but in 'Assignment of Requirement type to Transaction' there is no combination of my item cat. and MRP. I think this might be the reason behind my query. Sir, for your reference, I have also attached the SS.

Please help to configure "TAN PD 011".
