Hope someone could advise if a solution can be found for the following issue I encountered.

CK11N cost estimate was run on 1st Jan 21 which is day one of period 4 under fiscal year variant V9. However cost estimate can only be marked but not release as period 4 needs to be closed before cost estimate can be released. My understanding is that period 4 can only be closed if it is less than 10 days to period five. Has anybody had this issue before? Any idea how cost estimate can be released without closing period 5?
