This error occurs due to ledger configuration issue. Go to each ledger mentioned in this error and under company code assignment tab, remove all other company codes except yours. To avoid this issue in future, while creating any extension ledger ensure that you delete all other company codes and have only your company code assigned to that extension ledger. It is default behaviour of the system to assign all the company codes present in the system to a newly created extension ledger.
